※Dawngreeter and the new album "Spirit of Kokopelli's Light" is the musical creation of producer/composer extraordinaire Steve Holmes. After discovering Native American flute music while vacationing in Sedona, Arizona Steve was hooked. He became obsessed with playing the hauntingly beautiful and ancient sound that the instrument produces. Honing his skills on the flute and combining his production and composing talents, Dawngreeter has been able to incorporate traditional Native American style with modern vibes and hints of the Blues. The melding of these diverse influences along with synthesizers and percussion performed by Bill Buford orders up a very unique commercial sound that still manages to stay true to it's native American roots.
